Britain announced Wednesday it will withdraw all but a handful of its 4,000 soldiers from Iraq next year, ending a mission that was unpopular at home and failed to curb the rise of Iranian-backed Shiite militias in the south.

what do we do about this epidemic of males killing females, namely wifes or girlfriends?
(1). fire the police chief, the investigator and the DA for a blatant incompetence. immediately.
(2). how difficult is it to investigate today? how difficult to collect dna? why not lie detector?
(3.) per article, they practically have all the evidence. why not bring the charges? because its the beautiful male and victim is female?
very well the civil suit. the accused havent even showed up. he knows he is guilty. he begs the society to have mercy with him and tell him - "you are guilty". .... is there not a justice no more today, not at least in conservative North Carolina.

if im not mistaken, perpetrator's bloody shoes _were found_ making imprints in the blood of a victim. that is the guilty person, that is a proof beyond any reasonable doubt. or am i crazy? are we all crazy? ..... was other blood traces found at the place? other dna? ... (z) is perpetrator somehow prominent that he was not yet arrested? (y) does police perhaps have other potential suspects? maybe oj? (x) do we need people who beat their spouses getting the custody of the children /NY state practice/, do we need actually guilty of murder people getting away with the crime for 2 years (!) and getting custody of the child. ... (just what is police doing? what is police thinking? are they overwhelmed?.............. well lets give people jobs and with living salaries, this crime epidemic will slowly go away ............
